Warranty Policy



Coverage
  • All hardware (consoles, controllers, accessories) – 30-day warranty
  • All games (cartridges, discs) – 30-day warranty

The warranty covers functional defects that prevent normal play or use. Cosmetic wear, collector grading issues, or damage caused by misuse are not covered.


How It Works

 

  1.  Tell us: Email support@retrogate.com with your order number, a brief description of the problem, and a photo or short video if possible.

  2.  We troubleshoot: Our team will try quick fixes (cleaning tips, settings checks). If that doesn’t solve it, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.

  3.  Ship it back: If a return is needed, we send you a prepaid label—no cost to you.

  4. Replacement or refund:
  • If we have the same item in stock, we ship a tested replacement as soon as the return scan shows in the system.
  • If not, you choose between store credit or a full refund to your original payment method.


Important Notes
  • • Warranty starts on the delivery date shown in your tracking.
  • • Items must be returned in the same condition received.
  • • Physical damage (liquid spills, drop damage, opened shells) voids the warranty.
  • • Region-modding or other alterations after purchase also void coverage.
