1. Are your games authentic?
Yes. Every cartridge, disc, and manual we sell is genuine, sourced from verified suppliers and double-checked in-house—no repros or bootlegs.
2. Do you test the games?
Absolutely. Each title is cleaned, then booted on original hardware and played long enough to start a save or reach the first level before we list it.
3. How do you grade condition?
We use three easy tags:
• Mint / Complete – like new, includes box + manual.
• Good – light wear, fully functional.
• Loose – cartridge or disc only, tested and working.
4. Which regions do you carry?
Mostly NTSC-U (US) and PAL (EU). Region is printed on every product page; filter by region in the sidebar if you need a specific format.
5. When will my order ship?
Paid orders placed before 2 p.m. Kuwait Standard Time ship the same business day; after that, they go out the next morning.
6. What shipping options do you offer?
DHL Express worldwide. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as the label prints.
7. Can I return a game?
Yes—30-day no-hassle returns. If a title arrives DOA or you simply change your mind, email support@retrogate.com for a prepaid return label.
8. Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
9. Do you buy or trade games?
We do! Send a list (with photos, if possible) to support@retrogate.com and we’ll reply with a quote within 24 hours.
